Wine is always a great hostess gift!  If you are heading to a Halloween party, dinner, or any event close to the holiday here are a few simple ways to make the gift a little more fun.

Pumpkin

For the pumpkin design all you need is orange tissue paper, tape, and green ribbon.

Wrap the bottle with the orange tissue paper….

….and simply wrap the top with green ribbon.  For the face….. I drew what I wanted it to look with a black marker on a white piece of paper and cut it out.  Then used tape to attach it to the bottle.

Bottle of Boos! The ghost is super easy! Just wrap two sheets of white tissue paper around the bottle and tape to secure.  Use a white ribbon at the top for design. I did the same with the eyes and mouth as I did with the pumpkin design.

Drunken Mummy

I used a cheesecloth from Bed Bath and Beyond that I simply wrapped around the bottle.  I found that I didn’t even need any tape to secure it if you wrap the end under the last wrap.

For the eyes you can either buy the “eye” from a craft store.  I colored two ovals with a black marker on a piece of paper and cut them out.  Then dotted them with white out and used the marker again for the center of the eye.  I just used tape to secure them on the cheesecloth (you can use glue), and tuck them in so that some of the cloth is over the eyes.

You can do this with any kind of bottle.Be as creative as you like with the faces!
