A Marshmallow Valentine
Happy February!
I have always loved Valentine’s Day. I know everyone thinks it’s a day that boys have to buy girls gifts and spend too much money going out to dinner. I think of Valentine’s Day as a day to celebrate ALL of the people that you love. I also think it’s just fun to drape everything in pink and wear pink… and make pink food!
Let’s start out this month with some really fun pink marshmallows. I find that marshmallows turn adults back into kids… everyone loves them. I used my recipe for
that is made with honey instead of corn syrup. I adjusted it a bit this time by adding vanilla bean paste (you can also use vanilla extract… or any extract you like!) 5 minutes into whipping the mixture. I have included a few picture of the process;
