Sweet Potato and Goat Cheese Frittata with Sage Drizzle
Italians love frittatas!! I could eat eggs for every meal and frittatas are such a great way to enjoy seasonal produce so it doesn’t have to just be for breakfast. This one has the flavors of fall, my friends. The thing that makes this frittata really special is the sage drizzle, which is just a glorified name for a pesto that isn’t as thick. I promise it is worth the extra effort to do the drizzle!!
