Weekly Favorites
On last week’s favorites I talked about how I am already ready for fall…it hasn’t changed! It is even worse! This past week tons of bloggers were talking about a huge anniversary sale going on at Nordstrom where you can get fall clothes and accessories on sale, then the prices will go up to their regular price after the sale. It’s the reverse of what a sale normally is, when it is basically the leftovers of what didn’t sell. There are about a million and one things that I want to buy, BUT then I also got an email from Williams-Sonoma about their sale (20% off + free shipping). If I had to choose between a new top and a new pie dish, I’m leaning more towards the pie dish! So, this week I wanted to share a few of my favorites that are on sale, and some that are just too cute to pass up.
Aqua Orange Wrap Dress; This is the dress I wore recently when I was on the set of Home and Family. I love it because it’s great for summer, but will transition into the fall season really well. It is also one SALE!
Too Faced Born This Way Foundation; A couple weeks ago I put this in my weekly favorites as something I wanted to try. I went to Sephora to get a sample, and I am completely in love. If you need a new foundation, try this one! I ordered the full bottle online and am super happy with the product.
Williams-Sonoma Towels; These beauties are on sale. I LOVE my Williams-Sonoma kitchen towels, I want them in every color. Right now I have the green and the orange, which you see a lot in my photo-shoots.
Le Creuset Signature Cast Iron Dutch Oven; A dutch oven is a staple to have in the kitchen, and if you are going to get one it might as well last. Le Creuset is one of the most well-repected brands in the culinary world, and this one is on SALE at Williams-Sonoma.
Williams-Sonoma Hand Soap and Lotion; This lotion set is also on sale. I have mine at my kitchen sink, and not only does it look really pretty, but the soap and lotion are really nice.
Steve Madden Nude Sandals; This sandal style is very “in” right now, and thankfully now you can find them for a much better price. Before they could only be found for about $300 and these ones from Steve Madden are under $80.
Williams-Sonoma Pumpkin Covered Pie Dish; I’m ready to test out some pumpkin pie recipes!! I need this pie dish don’t you think? This is a really cute pie dish to have for this coming fall.
Williams-Sonoma Apple Covered Pie Dish; At least you can start making apple pie now! It’s not frowned upon to make apple pie in the summer. These also make cute teacher gifts.
Williams-Sonoma Vanilla Extract; This is my favorite vanilla extract to use in baking. I have tried other kinds, and I love this one.
Williams-Sonoma Vanilla Beans; Vanilla beans are not cheap, but they are so wonderful! I use them when I make Homemade Marshmallows, but they can be used in a number is different desserts. Once you scrape out the little beans you can place the pod in with some sugar and make your own vanilla sugar!
